itinerary

Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011

Just an observation…of the few words I have great difficulty spelling from memory…the word “itinerary” is one of them.  I think it comes from my utter lack previously in having to write it out, or even use the word  ;0)

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Thursday, June 9th, 2011

Just an observation…  it is easier to type (or text) “the governor of California” rather than type (or text) Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Also…  for some reason, no matter what he says, I can’t help but agree with Arnold, at least at the time I hear it.  Love that guy  ;0)

Baby’s first tooth!

Thursday, June 9th, 2011

At nine month’s old, Baby’s first tooth is coming through!  And boy is it SHARP!  You won’t find me letting him chew on my fingers any longer!  For some days now he has been exploring with his lips and tongue–making some of his funniest faces yet.

We praised his “success” and told him “good job” and all that *winks*, but I think these milestones are more for we parents than for the babies.  It took a lot to get him here, and we went through a lot along the way–more than our fair share, let me tell you!  So each new advance in his life is like a trophy for us.

Little Baby Boy, we are so happy to see you grow and develop.  Now I need to get off of the computer and let your Mommy type on her own blog  ;0)

We love you!

If tomorrow the internet is extra slow…

Tuesday, June 7th, 2011

“Online,” “internet,” “world wide web,” “web 2.0″…  whatever you call it, tomorrow there is a big test scheduled by some major sites concerning IP (Internet Protocol) numbers…basically addresses for all websites that get masked by the URL.  For the full story (at least from where I first became aware of the switch) go here:

The Whole Armor of God

Monday, June 6th, 2011

Just a quick note on Ephesians 6:

It is so important to note that all of the equipment of a Christian’s armor is DEFENSIVE except for the Sword of the Spirit (the Word of God).  Why, then, are we so often caught unawares?  It is because we have not put on the full Armor of God.
